Feeling great
starts here.
Our Mission
After years in the world of corporate healthcare, we kept hearing the same complaints—patients feeling rushed, unseen, and unheard. On top of that, productivity expectations made it difficult for clinicians to give the attention each patient deserved.
Our mission is to use the art and science of physical therapy to get you back to what you love. We believe in one-on-one care from a clinician dedicated to your recovery—no rushed appointments, no hand-offs, just expert attention every step of the way.
At FreeForm Physical Therapy, we build a recovery plan that is just as unique as you are and provide a space where your story matters.
Be heard - because that’s where real healing begins.
